  • How do I start?

    Simply select the Autoship button on the product page or in your shopping cart and select your frequency of how often you'd like to receive your product. Sign in or create an account during checkout and you're set!
  • What discounts can I expect on my orders?

  • When do I get charged?

    24 hours, one day before the scheduled delivery date, you will be charged. If the card declines your auto ship will be paused.
  • What If I Want To Edit Products on My Subscription?

    Go to your profile at the top right, Select Your Subscription, Manage Auto Ship, click Edit order, Order details. There you can add or delete product. Save changes.
  • What if I don't need an order every 30 days? Can I change my subscription frequency?

    Yes, by logging into your account and going to Manage subscriptions, Click frequency and choose from the dropdown menu. Save changes.
  • How can I cancel?

    Log into Account, select subscriptions, manage auto ships, scroll all the way down to Cancel. Save changes.
  • What's the deadline to cancel an auto shipment? How do I get a refund?

    There is no deadline to cancel, however you will be charged if not cancelled before the ship date and will be responsible for return shipping. The refund to your account may take up to 10 business days from the day your order is returned to us.
  • How do I know I'm getting the best deal available?

    Rest assured that by signing up for ongoing 20%, you will be getting the best deal monthly. We will also match any current online promotion on our site.
  • Do all auto ships qualify for free shipping?

    No. Free shipping is only offered on orders that meet the minimum of $45
  • I'm all stocked up; can I pause my autoship temporarily?

    YES! Log into your Account, select Subscriptions at the top, Select Manage auto ships, Click Pause. Save changes. When you want to resume, go back to the same place and click the Resume button. Save Changes.
