+PlusPoints Loyalty Program FAQ's

  • Do my points expire?

    Yes, unused points will expire 6 months after being earned. 

  • Can I transfer points to family or friends?

    Points can only be used on your account. Referring friends can give them $20 off their first order and $20 in points to your account after the referral purchase. 

  • Can I use them with other promotions or promo codes?

    Yes! Points are redeemed off the Subtotal no matter the discount applied. 

  • How do I apply my points?

    Simply use the +PlusPOINTS Slider at Cart or Checkout and hit APPLY (Minimum of 500 points). 

  • Can I get points back from an order I applied them to if I cancel an order?

    We can help you here. Notify us with a call or email if this happens to you and we will reimburse your +PlusPOINTS. 1-855-PLUS-CBD or help@pluscbdoil.com 

  • Where do I see my point history?

    Go to the Your Account page found under the Account logo on the top right on the site and scroll down to the REWARDS HISTORY button.
  • When do I receive points from orders?

    Please allow up to 48 hours for transactions to process.
  • How do I know how many points I got for a certain order?

    Go to the Your Account page found under the Account logo on the top right on the site and scroll down to the REWARDS HISTORY button.
  • How do tiered promotions work with point redemptions?

    Points will be redeemed from the subtotal before the promotion discount is applied.
  • Can I apply points to an Autoship order or previous order?

    No, +PlusPOINTS can only be applied to manual, future orders only (autoship orders excluded).
