Chantal Cowen discovered her passion for healthy living in her early 20s while working at her uncle’s health food co-op, where she kickstarted her career in the natural products industry. Over the years, she’s had the honor of working for some of the top natural product companies and skin care brands in the country before being introduced to PlusCBD in 2015. When the opportunity came to work for CV Sciences, she jumped at the chance! Never in her nearly three decades in the natural products industry has she seen an ingredient like hemp-derived CBD have such a profound impact on people’s health. Chantal feels blessed to be a part of the CBD movement and is honored to be able to bring balance and health to as many people as possible.

Aimée Gould Shunney has been in private practice since 2001 and is currently with Santa Cruz Integrative Medicine. She blends conventional medical diagnosis and treatment with the use of natural therapeutics like dietary and lifestyle counseling, nutritional supplements, and herbal medicine. Dr. Shunney specializes in women’s health, bio-identical hormone balancing, sexual medicine, and functional digestive issues. She has also been an educator and a Medical Advisor for CV Sciences, as well as other various companies in the natural products industry since 2011. She has been advocating PlusCBD to her patients since 2015 and has encouraged hundreds of women to use hemp-derived CBD to better manage emotional responses to stress, support healthy sleep patterns, and stabilize overall mood and focus.

Sana Spitale was born and raised in France and discovered her love for connecting with people from all walks of life and cultures through her travels around the world, before moving to the United States in 2015. Sana has worked in HR for 20 years and chose her career because she loves communication! She lives for helping others and strives to make sure all CV Sciences employees are supported in their jobs on a day-to-day basis. One of her longtime goals is to spend time in Africa volunteering to help kids in need.
